Agricultural land is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
