When: Tonight, and into Wednesday morning. A strong storm system continues to bring heavy rain to the central coast of British Columbia. Heavy rainfall rates will continue through the night in areas in the south such as Oweekeno, and Kingcome. ### Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. Even shallow, fast-moving water across a road can sweep a vehicle or a person away. Don't approach washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts. Keep children and pets away from creeks and river banks.
