It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Cavite** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Laboc (Balsahan), Cañas, Ylang-Ylang, Imus, and Maragondon. + **Laguna** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pagsanjan, Pila-Sta.
