It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Visayas and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Quezon** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Umiray, Lower Bolbok (Lawaya), Malaking-Ilog, Iyam, Macalelon, Catanauan, Silongin Lagda, Pagsanjan, Yabahaan, Bigol, Guinhalinan, Vinas, Calauag, Pandanan, Sta.
