Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued June 26 at 5:54PM CDT until June 27 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 401 IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT SATURDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN ARKANSAS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 1 COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS BENTON IN OKLAHOMA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 11 COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA CRAIG CREEK DELAWARE MAYES NOWATA OSAGE OTTAWA PAWNEE ROGERS TULSA WASHINGTON OK THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BARTLESVILLE, BENTONVILLE, CLAREMORE, GROVE, JAY, MIAMI, NOWATA, PAWHUSKA, PAWNEE, PRYOR, ROGERS, SAPULPA, TULSA, AND VINITA.

Flood Watch issued June 26 at 11:33AM CDT until June 27 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton and Carroll. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and overnight across northeast Oklahoma along a boundary. Slow- moving and/or training thunderstorms in a moist environment will have the potential to drop locally heavy rainfall totals, on the order of 3 to 7 inches. With soils fairly saturated, most of this rainfall will be runoff and lead to quick onset flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
