The lower portion of the boat ramp in Blountstown floods at this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday /9:15 PM EDT Tuesday/ the stage was 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 17.1 feet tomorrow morning.
