Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 250 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall from Friday evening through this morning. Flooding is likely ongoing in the warned area. As much as 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, with locally higher amounts.
