In north central Iowa, Butler, Franklin, Humboldt and Wright. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk and Bremer. In northwest Iowa, Pocahontas. In south central Iowa, Clarke, Lucas, Madison, Mahaska, Marion, Monroe, Union and Warren. In southeast Iowa, Wapello. In southwest Iowa, Adair, Adams and Cass. In west central Iowa, Audubon, Calhoun, Carroll, Crawford, Greene, Guthrie and Sac. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN...From this morning to late tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some residential evacuations may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 15.6 feet this afternoon.
