Mississippi River at Camanche affecting Rock Island, Scott, Whiteside and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Water affects the railroad tracks in downtown Davenport and River Drive, Pershing Avenue, and Federal Street. Water affects Bettendorf's Leach Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Wednesday morning and continue rising to 17.6 feet Sunday, June 30. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
