For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs and possibly power lines. Power outages are possible. The strongest winds are forecast along and east of the central mountain chain today, over northern areas and the central mountains and highlands Tuesday, then along and east of the central mountain chain again Wednesday. For Tuesday, west and southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph, except around 60 mph in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Northeast Highlands. For Wednesday, west and northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 5 and 10 percent each day. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
