Abundant sunshine will produce strong atmospheric mixing with record and near record high temperatures. A few to 12 hours of single-digit humidity are also forecast in most locations. Poor humidity recovery will then recur tonight. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from noon today to 9 PM MDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109). * TIMING...Wednesday noon through 9 PM MDT. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum humidity 8 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
