Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A few isolated showers and storms are ongoing early this morning. Additional storms are likely to form later today, especially south of Interstate 40. Locations that have recently seen flooding, or received several inches of rainfall, are at greatest risk of additional flooding if they receive additional heavy rainfall. East Central Washington County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
