Flood Advisory issued July 3 at 8:25PM CDT until July 3 at 8:30PM CDT by NWS Memphis TN The Flood Advisory will expire at 830 PM CDT this evening for a portion of West Tennessee, including the following areas, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Gibson, Henderson and Madison. The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
