The lowest residences are threatened and roads and low bridges become very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 5.1 feet (1.6 meters). - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet (2.1 meters). - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 20.9 feet (6.4 meters) Sunday evening.
