In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona Counties. In west central and southwestern Wisconsin, Adams, Buffalo, Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Trempealeau and Vernon Counties. * WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected today and Saturday.
